Privacy Policy
Short version: Who Has My Stuff? is offline-first. We don't collect, transmit, or share any personal data. Everything you enter stays on your device, and uninstalling the app deletes it permanently.
Who we are
The app is published by Digital Tomorrow. For privacy questions, contact privacy@digitaltomorrow.dk.
Data we collect
None. The app has no analytics, no advertising, no user accounts, and no internet permission. Nothing leaves your device.
Data stored on your device
When you use the app, the following is stored locally in the app's private storage on your device:
- Names of items you add and the people you've lent them to
- Dates (lent, due, returned, reminder)
- Optional notes you write
- Photos you choose to attach to items
This data is not accessible to other apps and is not transmitted off the device. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all of it.
Permissions
The app may ask for the following Android permissions, each used solely for the feature it enables:
- Notifications — used only to deliver the reminders you choose to schedule.
- Contacts — used only when you tap "Pick from contacts" on the form. The app reads only the display name of the contact you select. No other contact data is accessed or stored.
- Camera (via the system camera) — used only when you tap "Take photo" to attach an image. The photo is saved to the app's private storage; it is never uploaded.
Third parties
The app does not use any third-party SDKs that collect data, analytics frameworks, or advertising networks.
Children
The app does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children. Because no data is collected at all, this section is informational rather than restrictive.
Changes to this policy
If the app's data handling ever changes, this policy will be updated and the "Last updated" date above will reflect that.
